Ayla Erftemeyer.
With a strong passion for helping women build strength and lean muscle, while maintaining functional movement and agility Ayla has worked as personal trainer for 15+years. Having worked in many gyms and studios throughout Melbourne’s inner city she moved to Cairns at the beginning of 2025.
Further completing her Diploma of Functional Nutrition Ayla also runs an online practice with a special interest in gut health, improving energy, and supporting mental wellbeing. With her added training as a yoga teacher she is excited to be bringing this offer to combine all three.
